​In 2009, Blue Line Bar & Grill opened its doors within the Addison Ice Arena, offering patrons a unique dining experience that combined the excitement of live hockey with a welcoming bar atmosphere. The establishment quickly became a favorite among hockey enthusiasts and local families, providing a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal while watching games on the ice.

​Building upon the success of the Addison location, Blue Line Bar & Grill expanded to West Dundee, opening a second venue within the Canlan Sports facility. This expansion allowed the bar and grill to reach a broader audience, offering the same unique experience of dining alongside live ice sports. The West Dundee location features large flat-screen TVs, making it an ideal spot to watch various sports events. Both locations continue to serve as community hubs, blending the excitement of ice sports with a welcoming atmosphere, delicious comfort food, and a full-service bar, solidifying Blue Line Bar & Grill's reputation as a cherished destination for sports fans and families alike.​
